Linsday Lohan, are you seriously suing those cute e-Babies on e-Trade over the use of the name “Linsday”?

Yes, she is. The titanic jackass that is Lindsay Lohan thinks that the commercial (which aired during the Superbowl) is somehow going to affect her career in a “negative light”.

Newsflash, Lindsay Lohan: Your career is already floating around in the shitter, and it isn’t going surface any time soon. And even if the geniuses over at e-Trade flung in a bit of subliminal messaging with their “milk-a-holic” and pink bow-tie girl-baby references, frankly, we don’t think you have much of a case.

Our suggestion? Go shop for some new hair extensions at the discount Sally Beauty Supply and leave the finance company alone. Just because you’ve crashed and burned, doesn’t mean they have to with your ridiculous $100 million dollar lawsuit.
